Good Exercises for Scoliosis

Although earlier treatment for scoliosis may help you get a better result, especially for children and teenager who are growing. Maybe you need some tips of good exercises for scoliosis, hope this passage is helpful.
Sometimes, patients with scoliosis and their families are frustrated and helpless, because although they found something wrong on their spinal cord, doctors told them it’s not recommended for surgeries, because it’s not severe enough. Stretch Up and Reach Down
This is the most simple but effective one among good exercises for scoliosis. Patients should stand with their back against a wall, which avoids spinal cord bending forward or backward. If patients feel the left side tight, they should lift up the left arm to point straight toward the sky. Reach up toward the sky with the left hand. Meanwhile, reach toward the floor with the right hand. This stretch may help you make a subtle shift in the spinal alignment. Hold this posture for five seconds, and then relax. Repeat this stretch up and reach down exercise for times once, and perform this stretch 2 to 3 times everyday.
